Fantastic experience: I had Ronnie mac Donnell for a pretest the day before my test. He helped me fix all my bad habits therefore i passed the next day

Negative experience: Done my rigid lessons here, done most of them with Tony who was a great instructor thought me a lot and is a sound fella easy to get on with, that's were the good ends morning of my test got a different instructor got into truck engine light was on got into different truck it had no paperwork, ism told him another truck would be in yard in 5 mins which led to 2 instructors having an argument because one wouldn't give us the truck, I had to do my test in the truck with warning lights and turn them off before the tester seen them, because of all these issues I only got 15 mins pretest which the instructor was putting me under pressure ended up making mistakes and he told me I wouldn't be passing the test today with that driving, which made me even more nervous, wouldn't recommend doing it with them I came from test centre and instructor asked how bad is it ? Was fairly shocked when I told him I passed

Fantastic experience: I had Rofeda as my trainer for car (auto) license. She briefly educated me about the various techniques and terminologies in order to prepare for smooth driving. She also let me drive near / on the test route area with taking kindof a pre-test on the last session. It was great to discuss / clarify different opinions with Rofeda and make learning more meaningful and comfortable. Thanks a lot!

Negative experience: Not the best place. Course was just about acceptable. Cheapest of the cheap Tea, Coffee and biscuits supplied. Not a place in walking distance of a half hour break to properly get fed. Never again for me to do CPC. First impression is everything. Instructor was late by 45 minutes but if we’re deemed late or no showing we lose our payment. Make what you want from that.

She is incredibly patient, understanding, and made the whole learning process easy and enjoyable. Fantastic experience: I did 3 day course for counterbalance with ISM.In Ireland the best place for forklift/counterbalance and other training like PPT,Reach Forklift, C license or D license etc they have best facilities and Ireland top Instructors like John Doran and his team. The environment was really friendly and very enjoyable. I would strongly recommend ISM for any one without much skills as it can open many doors for you in the warehousing /logistics industry making you valuable. I felt really good walking out the door that Wednesday with my achievements after passing on my course.

Fantastic experience: ISM training centre is the best place to do your course.

Negative experience: I took about 12 lessons for a truck license, failed my test twice (for reasons not related to my driving). Then I tried to book aditional lessons and the truck for a third testing but was denied. I'm now looking for another driving school to get my truck driving license. I'm not mad at them to not preparing me well enough knowledge wise (which indirectly caused me to fail my test at least once) after spending more then €2000, but for denying me the chance to take the test with their truck another time. It was very unprofessional and this possibility was never disclosed beforehand.

Positive experience: I enjoyed my module 6 . The teacher was great , a women who knows her field. Unfortunately i have to give 4 stars because 3 reasosns : 1st i do my cpc for 60 euros not 70 and no water or biscuits available. Just a cup of tee . 2nd big problem with parking lots. Not enough spaces especially when you have more than 1 module on the same day. 3rd just 2 bathrooms for the entire building which are used by cpc modules, forklift training and school drivers all categories. I ended up waiting to use the bathroom 15 minutes .

Fantastic experience: Cannot suggest enough the ISM in finglas. I done my bus driving training with them and passed the first time. I had 2 fantastic instructors Dave O'Carroll and Stylianos Lafaras. And they were the most amazing instructor I ever had. So patience and guide me through my whole test. They were truly wonderful instructors for first time drivers.. I cannot thank them enough for the fantastic experience and their level of patience and politeness with me.

Fantastic experience: I rushed into this course last year with a different company. I was under pressure from the very start with long days over a shorter period. The last thing I wanted to do after 10 hours online was open a book or study and the result of this was failure in the exam which was probably mostly my own fault. This time around I felt the shorter lesson works for me and kept me interested and the way Stephen presented it has put me at ease already. Also the confidence he has in himself to get people over the line in the exam was very impressive. Looking for to the rest of the course now. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: Looking at the reputation of this driving school, we booked for 2 lessons before the driving test, but the person handling this booking was so rude and can not accommodate suitable time for the lessons whatsoever, and also 2 hours lesson at a stretch and rudely says, they don't do one hour lessons. The ISM website on the other hand clearly states "Hourly lesson, 2 lessons". Very bad experience talking to them.

Fantastic experience: I began my training as a driving instructor with Dave Malone in Finglas back in January & stuck with ISM for all 3 stages of becoming an instructor. Thanks to his help I passed all 3 stages first time. If you’re looking to become an instructor, I can’t recommend ISM enough. They cover all bases thoroughly & leave no stone unturned so that you’re fully prepared for every single stage.

Fantastic experience: Passed my D licence bus driving test and CPC test first time with the support from the instructors in ISM Finglas. With only a few weeks of lessons, I got the confidence that I needed from Martin, Enoch and Liche who gave me the support that I needed to pass both my driving and cpc tests first time. I believe ISM have instructors that want you to pass your test first time, no matter what category it is and the results speak for themselves. Fantastic experience: I have just completed by BE test this morning in Finglas and passed on the first go (thank crunchie!!) and I thought I would provide some back on the instruction I received from ISM. I did the last couple of lessons and pre test with Richie Whyte and without a doubt I would not have passed if it wasn't for him. I had a few days between my first and second lesson with him which allowed me to absorb he information and make the appropriate changes in my driving style in between lessons and embed them prior to the test. Richies style is to the point and drills down giving you all the information on what bad habits you have and mistakes you have made. However, he does this in a way that does not knock your confidence but rather builds you up. This is a skill that very few people have and it very much contributed to my success. If you want to pass your test, I would highly recommend Richie

From day one he kept my confidence up, giving me excellent and easy to follow advice, tips and tricks. I passed my test first time around with him as my instructor. Fantastic experience: I had been training in ISM Finglas the past five days. Passed my reach forklift, PPT and counter balance refresher course thanks to the patient and informative instructors. Very relaxed atmosphere even though they were quite busy with a lot of learner but sufficient time for everybody. I gave 5 stars and definitely would train here again.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with ISM. I had a good driving instructor in Murray Garrity. He is well experienced and was able to clear all my doubts.

Positive experience: YOU ARE BETTER OFF JOINING A DRIVING SCHOOL LOCATED IN THE AREA OF THE TEST CENTRE YOU WILL ATTEND. ISM pairs you with an independent instructer based in your area. If you are based in Maynooth/Lexilip area you might be lucky enough to get an instructer who’s pro-active and organised with a teaching plan. Otherwise you might be unfortunate enough to be paired with David the south-african man. My experience with him was that of: 1. Time-wasting. On our first lesson, we started the late because he was on personal phone call. 2. Inconsistent lessons times due to health issues. It is not his fault he has medical issues. However David cancelled our second lesson the following week. This timing was not great for my continious learning. 3. Not patient or organised with lesson plans. On our third lesson in week 4, David shouted at me for stopping on a road in a housing estate. I was nervous having only had 1hr of actual driving training (he drove/talked a lot and showed me pcitures in a car training book). He also told me I'd never succeed in driving a manual car because I didn't understand the basics. He cancelled his lessons with me after I took a week off to recover from his comments about my abilities. Fantastic experience: We went through the course in great detail, drawing from the vast experiences from industry experts in the room. All credit to Lisa our tutor for the day as she was outstanding in her delivery both in demonstrating industry practices and encouraging dialogue from everyone on the course. The interaction was superb and the content hugely informative and helpful in.many ways.

He is a credit to the ISM very high standards. Edit: had a 2nd CPC course with Bernard on Sunday & it was equally excellent, also packed full of real-life examples from his vast industry experience. Really helped to make some of the more boring chapters in the CPC manual very interesting. Highly recommend ISM.
