Negative experience: Awful experience altogether. Quite frankly, a waste of my time at the expense of the tax payer. Didn't walk away with all qualifications advertised, through no fault of my own. Different instructor everyday, each giving different instruction to the other. Told I wasn't allowed to do reach, there was no time and I wasn't capable. I am capable. ISM agency itself told me their clients require forklift experience, can't make sense of that having just done a course with them. Eventually offered me general Operative work, after accepting I became unwell before starting. Gave them notice and was told they wouldn't be putting me forward for any positions and that the agreed position was now gone. When I told her people do get sick, she said she was sick and other lads were sick but still turned up today. No considerstion, treated like a bot. Don't waste your time, avoid.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place with great professionals to train and support during The span of course. Perfect explanation with thorough details being provided with at most care during the course. A fun loving atmosphere freshens up your mind free of any stress and better place to understand things being taught by all the employees around. Would like to mention a few trainers namely *MR. CARL O'MAHONY Mr. Brian Mr. Mick Mr.Mark. gem of personalities. Specially Mr. Carl is the indispensable character for humour and warm gesture towards fellow trainees. Highly recommended guys

Fantastic experience: I began forklift training with the team here for a week, the tutoring was next level A++ I was welcomed in with open arms and treated like a family member (Brian, Mick, Carl, Mark) are absolute gentlemen & their shared knowledge is brilliant, I first went in stressed and so nervous but after 30 mins I was laughing amongst the team and so much positivity was rained upon me gathering my confidence day-by-day. I highly recommend them to anyone who reads this 10/10 experience. I also passed my full ROI Driving Licence with ISM Tallaght and again a top tier class act experience, I passed with flying colours.

Fantastic experience: Did the 4 day novice training with these guys recently for the Counterbalance forklift and PPT. The instructors all did a great job of explaining the correct way to operate these machines with theory, examples and demonstrations. Very professional. Came away with a great understanding on how to make it simple and safe with some much needed time to practice and gain confidence. Looking forward to returning for my refresher.

Fantastic experience: I was expecting a simple refresher safety pass course , I was just amazed at the information available in construction that I wasn't aware of. It was presented with passion and profession, would recommend ISM for everyone,teacher had a great attitude and patience and most of all really helpful . It opened my eyes too all the dangers and laws when you're on site

Fantastic experience: I like to thank Mark and the team at ISM very helpful and professional they give clear instructions tips and tricks to carry on to your workplace great facilities to learn at your own pace.

Negative experience: Highly unprofessional instructor. They charged me 110 euro for 2 hours. Driver wasted my 50 minutes of those two hours. At the end he asked me deal with me 90euro/2hours for future lessons if I book directly with driver. What a driving school! Pathetic

Fantastic experience: The course was well thought and the Centre was well equipped and maintained. The trainers were beyond great and made the course easy to learn and also a pleasurable experience. Especially Brian and Carl who were both amazing teachers. They answered any questions and helped us continuously to ensure we understood everything and were being safe throughout the duration of the course. They've also made the whole course a pleasure to attend and I couldn't thank them enough. By the end of the three days I began regretting that the course was coming to an end. I couldn't recommend, thank and hold in higher regards Brian, Carl and the ISM Tallaght team.

Fantastic experience: I did my training here and really enjoyed the experience, it was a really cool 4 days. My instructor was Carl, a very cool and fun person, he knows a lot about forklifts and explains them very well. The entire staff is very friendly and nice, everyone is very professional. I recommend them for sure. When I return to renew my license, I will look for Carl again as an instructor.

Fantastic experience: Just attended the basic counter balance forklift and ROPPT course...it was a pleasure to attend. The instruction and instructors were knowledgeable passing on their own experience in the workplace. They were also humorous but also very focussed on the importance of the Health and Safety aspects in the use of the equipment, which they constantly hammered home by pointing out the reasons to carry out proper procedures when operating the equipment and not to shortcut the procedure for any reason to ensure the safety of you and your work colleagues. Many thanks to Trevor, Mick, Carl, Brien and the training manger Mark and the rest of the staff at ISM. I would highly recommend ISM for the above course .

Fantastic experience: I had my first EDT lesson today with Murray. He’s such a good driving instructor, he made sure to explain everything and made sure I understood and was comfortable before I started driving. I also felt very safe while driving as he gave me very clear instructions. I definitely feel like I learned a lot and made progress. I was even able to drive myself home! I’m excited to do the rest of my lessons with him!

Fantastic experience: All staff very attentive. Instructors (Brian, Carl and Mark) pay attention to every detail and are very knowledgeable about what they teach. They are to be congratulated. The days I spent there for forklift training were enriching. The training center has excellent infrastructure with well-maintained machines. The one on one coaching was invaluable in eliminating mistakes and bad habits and I'd like to thank Mark, Carl, Mick and Brian for their patients and for sharing their expertise above and beyond the standard I was expecting. The teams attention to detail and total focus on safety is second to none. The facilities and equipment are excellent for the forklift operator course. I feel I'll now be able to confidently and proficiently operate a forklift on a daily basis. Fantastic experience: Just finished 2 weeks training on reach,counter balance and power pallet truck and I can honestly say after getting my licences I could walk into just about any job with no problem,worry or stress. The training is done in a relaxed and very safe environment,facilities are great with all the tea and coffee you can drink. they have a great group of lads who are more than welcoming and always patient and helpful. I have done plenty of training courses and this was by far the best and most well polished I have attended. I highly recommend ISM tallaght. Keep up the good work lads.

Positive experience: Just finished a 2 week course with Mick and the team, got some great training, even though, I had operated these vehicles in the past, did the Forklift counterbalance, Reach and Power Pallet Truck, I still learned alot from the ISM team, around safety and a few tricks to make life a little bit easier in real life situations. Negative experience: I would like to share my review of an instructor, ADI MURRAY. My experience with him was far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, I found his teaching to be quite inadequate, resulting in a substantial waste of my time. The process of completing three classes that should have taken a month ended up dragging on for over five months. His excuse for the delay was consistently being busy, which left me rather dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Fantastic experience: Overall great experience plus all the instructors very well managed us gave us great training and went through step by step with us there couldn't fault anything about the over all course but for the instructors mark the manager Carl Mick Brian Dennis excellecelt on how the managed everything id highly recommend going there to anyone who wants to up their tests and skill and can open up many more doors after. U completed it

Fantastic experience: Just spent two weeks training with a great bunch of lads. I went from been nerves with no fait in my self to confident,determend and now I feel I can do anything. I leave wit 3 sepert qualifications and am confident moving forward. The instructors on the course are fair non judgemental and really made me feel comfortable each one of them. Fantastic experience: I recently completed the reduced EDT lessons with ISM driving school, and I must say it was quite a challenge for me, as I had not driven a manual car in four years. However, thanks to the excellent support from ISM, I was able to make a smooth transition. Ciaran, my instructor, was incredibly flexible and managed to schedule all my lessons in just three days, which expedited my learner's permit application process. After patiently waiting in the queue, I finally took my driving test at the Tallaght Test Center with the support of Ciaran's father. I'm thrilled to share that I passed the test on my first attempt! I want to express my sincere gratitude to ISM for their invaluable assistance.
