Fantastic experience: I was anxious about driving for ages hence why I started late but Rachel my instructor made me feel completely calm and I was out on the main road by lesson 2/3. Rachel was very understanding when I screwed up and helped increase my confidence behind the wheel. Rachel was great for providing me with advice and information for the test and about different types of cars. In 2 attempts I passed no grade 3 on the failed attempt.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't be more pleased with my experience of being taught to drive an automatic car with my instructor Caoimhghin Whyte. Caoimhghin was so patient and accommodating - a really brilliant teacher. I went from nearly having a phobia of driving to actually enjoying it because of the confidence he instilled in me. Fantastic experience: Just passed my test in an automatic with ACE! Over the moon and couldn't have done it without Rachel, who really put me at ease in the car. She's great at providing each driver with the skills they need and working on anything specific that driver has issues with on an individual basis. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident in the car, as I had issues with progress. As a nervous driver, she made sure I was calm and backed my abilities by giving positive feedback. Every mistake was seen as a learning opportunity, which made her feel more like a friend teaching you, as opposed to other instructor's I've had with other companies which made me feel more anxious. She also did everything possible to keep me relaxed on the day of my test by providing theory documents, a perfect car, and positive encouragement ❤️ Thanks a million again, highly recommend!

Negative experience: Shocking treatment by Damien I think his name was today , The tone and the condescending remarks towards me about my driving is something else, yes I am learning but that’s not the way to speak to someone to when someone is nervous don’t make it worse try and claim the person done and go look it could be worse and no positives where provided to me just negativity
