Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Colman as an instructor. He is extremely competent and thoroughly professional providing the right guidance to ensure you learn the skills right and are well prepared for the driving test. I did the EDT classes and a few mock sessions and passed the test at the Tallaght test center. His guidance and inputs were key to gaining the confidence to prepare for and pass the test. Fantastic experience: Worked with Colman in 2021 for driving lessons and found him a very easy guy to work with and to listen to. Was also always willing to put lessons in that were quite close together which meant I got through them quickly. Very clear at all steps of the process and was great for making you feel confident at the wheel. Did not do my test until just last week January 2024 for which I touched base again with him for a pre-test lesson and it felt good - all came back to me straight away, was able to switch any habits off and then passed my test first go. I was referred to him by a family friend of my mam’s who’s three kids also all passed their test first go under Colmans tutelage, so it’s clearly not just a one-off experience.

Fantastic experience: If your goal is a full driving licence then colman will get you there in a calm and professional manner. He will give you all the tools you need to pass your test and he's a gentleman also, which always helps!

I strongly believe ‘Patience’ is the single most important virtue that an Instructor should have and Coleman has that beyond words. He is very calm and knows exactly what to say and when to say it . The instructions which Coleman gives while you are in the car so easy to follow and also you tend to learn them by understanding, rather than just to get through. He's an amazing instructor, honest, calm, patient and has that assertive, middle of the road approach which isn't too harsh or soft, which is what I needed. After doing my 12 EDT's with another instructor I thought I was ready but I wasn't and Colman was recommended to me.
