Fantastic experience: Great Instructor from Start to Finish Passed Test First Time Round Professional, Patient & Great Knowledge Highly Recommend

Negative experience: I’ll start off by saying I wouldn’t recommend this driving school to people who don’t own a car. I done my 12 lessons with Gerry’s son. Although he was a good instructor and always told me when I needed to improve on things, he knew I didn’t have a car and that I wouldn’t be test ready after 12, but he still refused to continue given them and told me to go to someone else. On a number of occasions during the lessons, he told me to get a car even though it wasn’t possible. Overall, I was disappointed with his whole reaction to my situation. I’m not the only learner driver not to have a car and I understand, he’s only new but he’s going to have to get used to meeting people in the same situation as me and he really needs to improve on his attitude. To top all this off, there was one occasion where I went for a lesson and he never turned up. Safe to say, if you don’t have a car, Gerry’s son isn’t a good instructor to use. I read your response. I’m sorry if you feel the review was inaccurate. I didn’t mean to misinterpret what you said. I was talking to people outside the lessons and they told me that without insurance, I wouldn’t be able to drive in between lessons. I therefore felt lessons were my only chance to drive and that my only option was to keep doing them. When you advised me to try someone more experienced, I thought you meant you didn’t want to do anymore with me. I’m sorry if I misinterpreted what you said and that you feel the review is inaccurate but I was just saying what I thought myself.
