Fantastic experience: Definitely recommend Joe for the classes. I found Joe to be very patient and resourceful when it comes to tips and tricks. I took my 6 EDT Classes along with a practice session. He was quick to identify areas of improvements and helped me get through my test in the first instance in Raheny.

Fantastic experience: Learned to drive with Joe 25 years ago! Didn't pass test on first attempt but got it on 2nd attempt later on, after going to another provider down the country who was telling me on the way to the test centre that I wouldn't pass! Anyway wanted to say that Joe's methods give you good foundation skills that stay with you for life, not just for a one off test. He also has a background in advanced driver training that probably adds to the good skillset.

Joe is everything you want in a driving instructor, calm and patient and very thorough. He put up gallantly with my nervous chat during lessons and helped calm my nerves before the test. Fantastic experience: I completed the lessons and driving test in just over four months and passed first time, bloody chuffed! I drove for a very short time as a teenager (18 years ago) and wrote my car off quite quickly. I never enjoyed driving, it made me nervous and I was happy to go without ever since but with kids however it has become a must. Joe the instructor is a gent. The instructions given are clear and he is very patient. I did two pre-tests and failed both but he gave me notes and advice to work on and it worked a treat. I'd highly recommend this service especially if you are struggling.

After EDT lessons with Joe, I passed my driving test in Finglas (nice area by the way, excellent RSA testers) on the first attempt on February, 28th, and received my full license from NDLS shortly thereafter. I'd highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for driving instruction, from complete novice to experienced holder of a license conveniently not recognised by Irish empire. Absorb carefully what Joe teaches you, use your brains, don't rush, and you'll pass the test in no time with flying colours, and, more importantly will be safe driver.

Fantastic experience: I booked my driving test in Finglas leaving myself with very little time to practice and was recommended to do some lessons/pretests with Joe by a friend. I did two pretests with Joe, one 3 days before my test and one literally just before my test. He was able to tell me everything I was doing right and wrong and how I could perfect it. I listened and remembered everything Joe said to me going into my test and passed it first go with only a few minor faults. Fantastic experience: I put learning to drive off for years because I was afraid of getting behind a wheel and having to do a test. Today, thanks to Joe and his amazing guidance and experience, I passed my test. In my time with Joe I was not always the most confident or competent driver, but he was always great at explaining to me where I was going wrong, and encouraging me to practise certain things I needed improve on between modules. He was never impatient, no matter what error I made. He was encouraging down to the last second and he really calmed me down before my test today. I can’t believe I can say I passed my driving test!! After completing my EDT with a different instructor I have started to look for a new instructor, as the previous one was trying to up-sell more classes. I bump into Joe accidentally in Google suggestions. After first few classes he could identify my driving strengths and weaknesses. When my classes were over, Joe agreed to hire his great and comfortable car to me for the driving test. During the pre-test class he gives a lot of valuable tips and advises for the driving test. Fantastic experience: I came across Joe's details from the RSA site and chose him without much research other than he was based in Swords as was I. I moved to Ireland from the US and was in need of getting my Irish driving license. From the first driving class, he was able to identify several bad habits I had picked up after driving for 15 years in the US. The level of detail he provided was very helpful and allowed me to pass my driving test the first time. His option of allowing you to use his car for the test was great as well as I wanted to be licensed to drive a manual but both of our cars were automatics. Fantastic experience: I was able to pass my test first time and I wouldn't have been able to do it without joe. He was excellent and knew exactly what was required for me to pass my driving test. He helped me break a whole lot of bad habits that I had developed and tack got rid of a lot of misconceptions. Moreover, the way joe taught me to drive was far more practical than what I had learned before. After each lesson, I had at least 2 or 3 things to practice and improve on before the next lesson and it made preparing for my driving test and fixing the faults with my driving much easier. If you want to pass first time, this driving school is the way to do it

Negative experience: Instructor driving like a lunatic.

Fantastic experience: I had failed my first test the with the so called "best in the buisness" Airport Driving Shcool, they wanted more and more money I didnt know wether they where teaching me or scaming more out of me, because of this my confidence got knocked down. I had a second test coming up so I booked 2 hourly sessions with Fingal Driving School (for a fraction of the price of the previous school I might add). The instructor was super friendly and within two sessions buit my confedence back up, I then went on to pass my test with ease. If you want an instructor to cut through all the smoke and mirrors that some schools have Fingal Driving School is the place to go.

Goes threw everything with you He is honest about the things you do wrong and right, he doesn't make you stressed like other driving instructors.
