A TO Z Driving School

Negative experience: My experience with instructor Carmel was disappointing in the context of her attitude. At the first moment we met, her attitude was unprofessional, raising her voice unnecessarily. After i brought this up, rather than acknowledging her attitude, she started asserting her years of experience in an overbearing manner. At the end of the lesson, she requested payment in cash even though it was agreed over Revolut.

Fantastic experience: Just passed my driving test today with Carmel! She is the best instructor couldn’t recommend her more.. she’s my friend aswell❤️ Thank you so much for everything I’m over the moon!

Fantastic experience: Great driving school, Tony is a lovely man who is very good at what he does, did all my lessons and pretests and got me to a first time pass, highly recommend.

She’s an absolute gem, really went the extra mile giving hand written pointers and notes which helped massively. Couldn’t recommend any more, just book in and get the test passed

Negative experience: I done my 12 lessons with both Tony and Carmel. I wasn't overly happy with the experience I found I was being pushed to hard and just wasn't learning anything there was some days I didn't even want to continue the lessons with this company. Came to the test and decided don't know why to do my pre-tests with this place after not having a great experience the first time. I had 4 pre-tests booked and cancelled the 4th as by the 3rd I was finished. Being told not even a week before the test I had more to practice on even though I had 2 previous lessons with him and nothing had come up, so I Rescheduled test. Other times I felt I was doing right but it was wrong which maybe it was. Felt I was being distracted and he was raising his voice at me. I'm generally not a nervous driver but at times on busy roads where I being extra careful and I was being told come on or felt I was being pushed to do something I wasn't comfortable with doing. Also there seemed to be a mix up with times sometimes they would change or I would be given time for lesson and then told another time through text messages. Yes instructors are friendly but at the same time I felt they would be getting annoyed at me for taking extra care I also felt like he was raising his voice at for simply asking a question to make sure that I was in the right. Failed my test in the end yes I know I have stuff to work on but also I didn't feel I got much out of doing my lessons and pre-tests here.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Tony from A to Z Driving School !! Tony is incredibly patient, professional and his vast experience as an instructor can be see through his teaching methods. After several lessons and pre-tests with Tony I was able to pass my test on the first attempt. I was previously taking lessons from a different driving school however, after completing multiple lessons I still couldn’t drive correctly and ended up putting driving on pause for over a year until I decided to try again with A to Z driving school. I would like to thank Tony and A to Z driving school for their help & encouragement.

Fantastic experience: After failing the exam twice,I decided to have Tony as my instructor, his patience is remarkable, and I can confidently affirm that he excels in addressing any queries you may have, he was using drawing to explain the answer to my question/questions. Tony started from the basics with me and walked me through all the instructions. If you're aiming for success in your exam , I would highly recommend Tony.

Fantastic experience: I’ve done my test 3 times before with out proper guidance failed all 3 tests. I found AtoZ online and took five classes from tony and I passed my test today First time.

Fantastic experience: Tony helped me with my driving lessons, pretest and the driving test as well. He provided all the information regarding the rules of road and important signs. He was a good teacher and can be strict as well which helped me to learn. Overall, o learned a lot and passed my test in first attempt. Will recommend gim for you learning and test any day.

Tony is patient, really good at calming the nerves and knows how to build your confidence while giving you the skills you need. Fantastic experience: It started off two years ago in August 2022 when I got lessons with Tony and I passed my test on the first attempt. I would recommend having Tony Sutherland as a driver instructor because he helped me so much to get my license and was so patient towards me.

Fantastic experience: Tony and Carmel are both excellent teachers, I did all of my EDT lessons with them and a couple of extra lessons and mock tests. I was always given helpful advice and feedback with notes on what I needed to work on. I passed my test on the first attempt after a very reassuring practice drive with Carmel right before the test.

Fantastic experience: I used A to Z driving school prior to my test in Blanchardstown. I was let down, so I contacted Carmel a week before my test and she was accommodating enough to put me in on a Saturday evening. I done a pretest with Carmel and used her car for my test. I really appreciate Carmel’s help and guidance and I was happy enough to pass my test in September.
