Fantastic experience: I didn’t do my lessons with Rob but he gave me a tip about changing test centers as some of his students did this and got invited way quicker…..fast forward 24hrs after changing to Athlone I got invited, I just changed back to Kilkenny and all available dates came up for me, if I hadn’t of done this I would be waiting till march 2025 for an invite!! Thanks again and spread the word!!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Rob enough to do your lessons with, I completed all of my lessons with Rob and he made me feel so comfortable and more confident with my driving. His calm manner will put you at ease straight away. His videos are also such a great help for looking back on things you may have forgotten when it comes to the test. He’s so patient and a genuinely nice person to learn from!

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Robert enough. I did my edt lessons with another instructor, but felt he wasn’t really prepping me for the test after those were done. Robert will go through the test routes and let you know what you need to improve on if he catches something. Passed the test on my first try, nothing came as a surprise on the test route because of how well Robert had me prepped.

Fantastic experience: Robert is a brilliant instructor, I was very nervous and he helped me a lot with that. He has very good advice and his videos online are excellent. He met me the morning of my test and went through everything, without him I wouldn’t have got a first time pass and I would recommend everyone to road sense.

Fantastic experience: Changed to road sense to do my lessons as my previous instructor wasn’t teaching me much. Couldn’t have passed my test without road senses help will definitely be recommending him to any family and Friends. Great instructor for someone who is anxious to start learning to drive.

Fantastic experience: I did my lessons with a different instructor in which I didn’t find helpful so I went to Robert and any questions I had planned to asked he answered himself without me needing to ask throughout my pre test lesson with him and he gave me very helpful tips and advice for my test which I ended up passing thanks to Robert. Fantastic experience: I came to rob for a few extra lessons before my test,as I had done my lessons a while ago elsewhere. I had a good bit of driving experience but developed a few bad habits, rob made it very easy for me to correct them and explained everything brilliantly, I had a lesson the hour before my test with rob and he made me feel very confident and comfortable going into my driving test, couldn’t recommend him enough!!

Fantastic experience: I decided to get in contact with Rob after coming across his videos on tiktok, and then noticing the amount of passes that his students get. I did my final few lessons with Rob and he was a blessing as an instructor for a nervous driver like myself. I couldn’t speak highly enough of Rob as both an instructor and a person and I’m delighted with my lessons and passing my test. I would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars isn’t enough to even give Rob, I did all my EDTs with Rob and passed first time today. I was quite apprehensive before starting my lessons but once I had my first EDT I knew I made the right choice. He makes you feel so at ease while driving and has so much patience throughout each lesson. He is honestly the best and I would recommend him to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Robert is a brilliant teacher. His lessons are very structured so you know exactly what you'll be learning week to week. As someone with ADHD, I really appreciated this goal orientated/organised approach to learn to drive. I also loved that he answers my questions with visuals/images making it easier to picture scenarios at hand. He's patient, kind and very quick to respond to your texts. I'd definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with the lessons I did with Rob, he’s very good at what he does and meets you where you are at. After failing my test, I wanted to get some experience with a different instructor and Rob was great at highlighting my strengths while explaining how to improve other areas of my driving. I was able to build confidence in my driving which I think is key to passing the test.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for Rob.did my lessons and passed with flying colours. Rob is a brill instructor and settled my nerves . He went over and beyond for me. Honestly can't recommend enough. Doing my test was my 4th attempt and with robs work and help I turned it pink. I suffered badly from anxiety and nerves and test days would be a complete nightmare. Rob learnt me the tools I needed and I done it.

Fantastic experience: 3 of my children have done their driving lessons with Rob at Road Sense. 2 so far have passed their tests and are safely driving. One more yet to do her test. He has been with them through all the ups and downs and does everything he can to accommodate them and support them from their first lesson to their actual test. Rob is just amazing. He is patient, kind and really cares about them becoming good, safe lifelong drivers. Could not recommend Rob enough. He is the only option for driving lessons in my opinion.
