Fantastic experience: William took me on at short notice. Although I thought I was only looking to rent a school bike for the test (mine didn't have the kW listed on the tax book) I did two pretests with him. I am so glad I did. I have no doubt I'd have failed the test without them, but I passed after having them. Top top instructor

Fantastic experience: My wife and I recently passed the ibt for A category having no prior experience on the road. He made us feel very relaxed and at ease and never made us feel stupid for stalling or making mistakes. He has bikes to suit women and He's spot on as an instructor and a nice guy too, we even stopped for a coffee and bite to eat with him on one of our lessons. It was a very enjoyable day. We will definately be back to do pretest lessons. Thanks William for helping us toward achieving our goal of owning and riding a motorcycle.

Fantastic experience: When you're looking for tuition for your motorcycle driving test, you need to have an instructor who knows the ropes and knows the routes. Additionally, they also need to be able to quickly assess your own level of competence from talking to you, and also from observing your performance around the cones and out on the road. From this, they can then identify what is required to improve your abilities, and work on a personal training plan that can advise you of how to bring your game up to the required standard that will get you through your test. As an instructor, William Donohue not only has the ability to do all of the above, but he also has the practical and plain speaking manner and temperament that can convey all the tips and skills that you will need, in a constructive way that will correct your bad habits, impart new skills and build up your own confidence in your biking abilities. It was an absolute pleasure to have been instructed by him, and I owe him the credit of getting me through my test. It's not just a job to William, he has a genuine love of biking and shows a personal interest in each and everyone of the people who he instructs. I would recommend his services to all, and that includes to any new younger learners or to the older bikers, like myself, returning to the roads on two wheels again after a break of many years. Fantastic experience: William is the best instructor I’ve come across, he’s cool, calm and collected but has a way to correct your mistakes without belittling you! His calming charm takes the nervousness before a test away….bit like yoda, points out what you’ve done wrong without feeling stupid. Would highly recommend him anyone for anyone getting into biking for IBT or a few lessons before the test

Fantastic experience: Myself and my dad had the good fortune of seeing William's Cavan Motorcycle Training videos on YouTube and since we were pretty inexperienced riders, we decided to give William a call. That was easily the best call and choice that we made in 2020. William makes the lessons fun, with a great mixture of knowledge and humour, you learn as well as have a good time. William teaches you not to just be a good rider but more importantly a safe rider. We can honestly say that we wouldn't have passed our test on the first go without him. Fantastic experience: Came in having never ridden a bike before. Did my entire IBT over 2 days. I never felt under pressure, William explained everything well and made sure I understand. Had a bit of crack as well to get me relaxed and not feeling like I'm in an exam. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: For a complete novice like myself completing the IBT with William was a great experience. William was a gent from the get go with plenty of patience and fantastic at thoroughly explaining each part of the course. I hardly had to ask a question throughout the training, William had it all covered! At first I though the IBT in general was a dear training but the two full days spent with William was worth every penny of it, great knowledge gained. Top marks!!
