N-Joy School of Motoring

A family-run school built on patience and proven results

N-Joy School of Motoring stands out in Dublin as a family business founded by Aurel Popa, a fully qualified and ADI-approved instructor with over three decades of driving experience. Alongside his family, the team delivers professional tuition across Dublin and its neighboring areas, creating a friendly, stress-free environment. Whether you are a complete beginner or returning to the wheel after a long break, the instructors prioritize building confidence, ensuring that nervous drivers feel supported and secure from the very first lesson.

High first-time pass rates through personalized coaching

The most striking feature of N-Joy is the exceptional number of students who pass their driving test on the very first attempt. Instructors like Cristian, Vlad, and Aurel are consistently praised for their ability to identify and correct weak areas, eliminating bad habits that often cause failures. They do not settle for mediocrity; instead, they provide detailed, constructive feedback and tailor their teaching methods to individual learning styles. This personalized approach ensures that students are not just exam-ready, but genuinely prepared for safe, independent driving.

• Targeted Feedback: Instructors meticulously analyze driving errors and provide specific pointers for improvement.
• Mock Tests: Comprehensive pre-test and mock test sessions that simulate actual exam conditions.
• Route Familiarization: Detailed guidance on likely test routes and critical decision-making points.

Expert preparation for the Irish driving test

N-Joy’s methodology goes beyond basic instruction. The team is deeply knowledgeable about RSA requirements and the specific demands of the Irish driving test. They prepare students thoroughly, covering everything from essential driver training (EDT) lessons to advanced maneuvers. Many students highlight how the instructors’ precise explanations and emphasis on safety habits—such as mirror checks and junction observations—made a significant difference during their exams. The availability of pre-test sessions on short notice has also been cited as a crucial factor in boosting student confidence right before the big day.

Flexible scheduling and a supportive team

Students frequently mention the professionalism, punctuality, and adaptability of the N-Joy team. Instructors are described as approachable, kind, and highly communicative, often coordinating schedules around the student’s busy lifestyle. The positive atmosphere during lessons, combined with the instructors’ genuine care for student success, creates an enjoyable learning experience. This dedication extends to helping students who have previously failed with other schools, offering the renewed support needed to finally achieve their license.
