Negative experience: I really cannot recommend this school at all (or at least the instructor that I had. The woman working in the office was lovely.) But the instructor Padraig showed up with intense aggression. It literally filled the car. It was really a horrible experience. I've never experienced anything like it.

Negative experience: Instructor didn't remember what we did on the last lesson. Ridiculous.

Negative experience: Can’t agree with other reviewers more. The instructor got me to run a red light, ruined my confidence. They were rude and arrogant throughout lessons. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS COMANY.

Fantastic experience: Skilled instructors

Negative experience: I have to agree with a previous reviewer, they have absolutely no regard for motorist on the public road outside their office on Lower Hartstonge Street. One of their cars was parked in the middle of the road right in front of a vacant car park space but they couldn't be bothered to park in it. Instead blocked up the public road for in excess of 15 mins. When another driver in front of me approached another Nessan driving instructor in another car who was also parked illegally in the middle of the road further down in the opposite direction but was sitting in the car, asked them could they move so the road could be cleared, was verbally abused by the driving instructor. Im amazed that a business who puts itself forward as a business who encourages, promotes and trains people in safe driving, to adhere to and comply with the rules of the road, could so blatantly and without a second thought ignore these rules, cause a major obstruction on a busy city center road which made it very difficult for cars to pass them. While no one like to leave a negative review, I highlighted this as another business in the same street whom I was going to told me it happens on a daily basis with them and given the level of verbal abuse that another driver was subjected to by a Nessan School of Motoring staff, it does not bode well for the standard of service that they deliver to their clients.

Negative experience: The instructors could probably do with a refresher course for the rules of the road. Every single day leaving the car parked in the middle of Lower Hartstonge Street, blocking traffic.

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this company at all. I had a horrible experience with them.I had already my 12 lessons done so only needed a quick lesson before my test . The instructor was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the whole lesson even leaving me in tears by the end. He completely shattered my confidence driving after this. It wasn’t until I went to another driving instructor that I realized how horrible and unprofessional he actually was. A driving instructor is meant to be supportive and helpful. They are overpriced at 50 euro per lesson considering the quality of instruction and in comparison to other companies. A week After this horrible experience I had another lesson with a instructor from a different company who helped me successfully pass my test so I guess you could say the Nessans instructor was wrong for telling me that I am “no where near ready for a test”

Fantastic experience: I am a foreigner living in Ireland for a year and felt really anxious about driving on the other side of the road, that's why I contacted Nessan School of Motoring for a few lessons. The instructor was really helpful and taught me a lot of tips and tricks.
