Fantastic experience: What a great experience it was. Both theory and practical training were delivered in a simple yet very professional way. Easy to understand and interesting. Had a great fun with Paul, he's a fantastic trainer. Thanks for your patience, professionalism and good advice on the gear, getting the right helmet and choosing the right license category.

Negative experience: Maybe you should try responding to your customers. I called and texted repeatedly over the course of a few weeks trying to arrange a pre-test lesson to no avail. I got one message back saying we could arrange it and I responded trying to agree on a suitable date. Following that I was ignored for the next 3 weeks, despite multiple calls and texts (on WhatsApp so I know you saw it) and decided to go ahead with my test which I'm happy to say I passed, no thanks to you. I had the exact same experience months earlier with my IBT. I completed my first day and was left in the dark for about a month before you finally decided to pick up the phone and respond. I've spoken to others who've had the exact same experience with you Mick so don't tell me it was a once off. I don't know how you expect to run a business in this manner. People are stressed coming up to their test and you don't make it any easier. You have plenty of time to post on Facebook to congratulate customers on their test, while simultaneously ignoring other customers. I don't know what you're playing at.
