Fantastic experience: Very good and experienced tutor, pleasant atmosphere, would recommend to everyone who need to do CPR or Patient Moving and Handling course.

Negative experience: Found the course content to be very poor and confusing. The manner in which the course is delivered was very unprofessional with the course tutor treating the adults, who were active participants, in a highly insulting and bullying manner. Avoid if possible

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend this company for first aid pre-hospital training. There was just 3 students and we had a mixture of videos, role play and tutorials. We were provided with a training manual and a resuscitation mask. I attended another basic first aid course with another company with 100 people, no videos, no manual or mask and I am still awaiting a receipt after 3 emails. Philip and Son are a welcome change.
