Fantastic experience: Darragh was an amazing instructor and helped me past my test first try despite only having access to a car during the lessons. Over the course of 3 weeks he made me a confident driver and improved my weak points. Highly highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Good instructor

Fantastic experience: I was interested in doing intensive driving lessons since I had loads of driving experience but was struggling with one lesson every week or two with no practice in between. Darragh was really accommodating, responded quickly every time and also helped me pass my test after one afternoon of intensive driving. Would really recommend him and his teaching style. He was a huge help to getting me comfortable with a car I'd never driven before, just a couple of days before my test.

Negative experience: In August I rang Bernard Keogh to book the 12 EDT lessons for 395 euro stated on his website. He said that this was an old price and suggested that I do 6 lessons with him for 230 euro. We spoke about his experience and we got on well. On our first lesson he asked if I had time to do 1.5 hours with him which I agreed to and this continued for the 3 lessons. The day before our 4th lesson, Bernard messaged me saying that after this lesson I would be over my 6 hours with him. I was confused by this because, Bernard had never mentioned to me in person or in writing that we were going by hours. His terms and conditions state 'lessons'. His website states lessons. Bernard decided for me that I had paid 230 euro for hours and not lessons. I bought 6 lessons and have only been given 4. I am writing this review to make it clear for future clients that if you buy 6 lessons you will only receive 4 and if you buy 12 lessons you will only receive 8. I suggest to you, Bernard that you make this clear in your website, in your face to face conversations and in your terms and conditions. I have requested a refund for the two lessons I've been unable to take and Bernard has declined. I have taken matters further. ****I would like to make an edit to this review in response to Darragh Dunnes reply. I have never spoken to you before Darragh, I have only ever had correspondence with Bernard Keogh. That website that you have linked there is not the website Bernard Keogh had linked on his Facebook page. I have below taken a screenshot of the NOW DELETED website with the 12 EDT lessons at 395 euro.
